IPTV Smarters Pro Upgrade

The version of IPTV Smarters Pro we’ve been using is v2.2.1.2. The newer version in this post is v5.0

I HIGHLY recommend uninstalling your current app and then reinstalling this version. It’s much faster, cleaner looking and has more options. Unfortunately, when I tried to edit it, it has a signing protection and I wasn’t able to get it to work at all. This is the unedited v5.0

  • Uninstall the IPTV Smarters app from your Firestick
  • Open your Downloader app
  • Enter code 8525101 or download the .apk from my website here
  • Install the downloaded apk file
  • Open the app and choose Xtreme Code
  • Enter your account information as normal

*Note: Accounts are no longer called, “Users.” Each user is now referred to as a, “Playlist”

Amazon Disabling IPTV Apps on Firesticks

Amazon has begun pushing out their Firestick update intended to disable IPTV apps on the units. I had a customer contact me tonight saying it had just happened to him.

After doing some research, I was able to change the original .apk file internally. If you install this new version, the Firestick won’t disable it. This is an edited copy of v2.2.1.2, the same version we’ve already been using.

  • Uninstall the IPTV Smarters app from your Firestick
  • Open your Downloader app
  • Enter code 6729255 or download the .apk from my website here
  • Install the downloaded apk file
  • Open the app and choose Login with Xtream Codes API
  • Enter your account information as normal
