What devices does it work on?
You can get the service on several different devices. Pretty much anything that connects to the internet and can install an app will work.
Smart phone, Tablet, PC, Firestick, Apple TV, Google TV, Android Box, Xbox, Smart TVs are just a few examples.
Is it hard to set up?
Not at all. If you run into any trouble, there are tutorial videos on the website with step by step instructions.
I am always available to offer live assistance via text or phone during regular business hours.
If you’re local to the Cariboo and not comfortable doing it yourself, I can set it up for you for a $25 fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
As of July 14/26 we are only set up to accept payment via Interac e-Transfer or cash.
We may consider a payment service in the future.

How is the picture quality?
Anything that was produced in 4K is offered for viewing in 4K. There are also dedicated categories with only 4K channels to choose from.
Older content that pre-dates 4K is upscaled by your device in most instances.
I only have XYZ speed internet. Is that fast enough?
I actually don’t know what the minimum speed requirement is.
I do know that it doesn’t work very well if you have internet via satellite.

We have brand new 4K Firesticks available for purchase.
When buying a device, we install your subscription for no extra charge. When you get it, it’s ready to go out of the box.
do you offer any other services?
Yes, we do.
We can do PC repairs and builds within a given budget.
We also sometimes get calls from local seniors who need help setting up their home electronics
